Dr. Jared
Danielson (Folsom, Elk Grove and Greenback)
Dr Danielson received his DDS degree from the University of the
Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He went on to complete
a two year residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Boston University for
which he was awarded with a specialty certificate in pediatric
dentistry. Over the years Dr Danielson has received many awards and
accolades including: Louise G Ball Leadership Award; Charles Jr and
Joe Sweet Award for Excellence in Dentistry for Children; and the
Warren Family Endowment Award for Outstanding Care for Children. He
is a member of the American Dental Association, the California
Dental Association, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr Danielson is excited to be back in California and loves to enjoy
all this beautiful state has to offer. He is especially fond of
camping, anything sports related, “cruising” around town on his old
motorcycle, and spending time with his wife and two young daughter.
Dr. Patrick Creevan
(Stockton)
Dr.
Creevan received his DDS degree from the University of the Pacific
School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 2000. He went on to complete
a two year residency in pediatric dentistry at Children’s Hospital
of Boston and a clinical fellowship at Harvard University School of
Dental Medicine in 2002. Dr. Creevan has worked at the Children’s
Dental Center since December of 2002 (at the Sacramento office) and
is very excited to be a part of the new office in Stockton
(projected opening is March of 2007). He is a member of the American
Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the American
Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Southern Alameda County Dental
Society and the San Joaquin Dental Society. He grew up in Livermore
California and now continues to reside in the Bay Area. As a
specialist in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Creevan's main objective is
to provide quality dental care in a manner and environment that
allows children to have a positive dental experience, encouraging
them to continue seeking dental care as an adult. When not in the
office, Dr. Creevan enjoys camping and boating.
Dr. Warren
McWilliams III (Surgery Center)
Dr.
McWilliams attended the University of California at Santa Barbara
where he received his BS in biology in 1982. He went on to receive
his DDS degree from the University Of Southern California School Of
Dentistry in 1986. Shortly thereafter Dr. McWilliams joined the
staff of the Children’s Dental Center (Sacramento) and he has been
part of our practice ever since. Dr. McWilliams also maintains a
private general dentistry practice in Carmichael. Approximately
fifteen years ago, Dr. McWilliams was responsible for much of the
pioneering and instituting of pediatric hospital dentistry into our
practice. Although he is rarely in the office anymore, Dr.
McWilliams cares for a significant number of our children who
require that their treatment be completed in the hospital setting.
Dr. McWilliams has dedicated a great deal of his career and his
continuing dental education to the delivery of pediatric hospital
dentistry. “Treating very young and often times very apprehensive
children has become one of the most rewarding professional
experiences of my career.” Dr. McWilliams is a member of the
American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the
Sacramento District Dental Society and the American Academy of
Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. McWilliams is a native to Sacramento; he
loves the game of golf and plays it every chance he gets. He also
enjoys travel, following the Kings, and spending time with his wife
Lynda and daughter Shannon.

Dr. Kimberly Fong (Elk
Grove)
Dr
Fong attended the University of California at Los Angeles for her
undergraduate education before going to the University of the
Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco to receive her DDS
degree in 2005. She is a member of the American Dental Association,
the California Dental Association, and the Sacramento District
Dental Society. Dr Fong’s father is also a dentist in the Sacramento
area which makes her especially fond of our region. She loves
working at the Elk Grove office and meeting new patients and their
families. When she is not seeing patients, Dr Fong loves to travel,
cook, and spend time with her family and friends.
Dr. Aaron
Reeves (Sacramento, Elk Grove and Greenback)
Dr
Reeves grew up locally in the Sacramento area. He graduated from
Ponderosa High School in 1991 and began his undergraduate education
at Sacramento City College before going on to the University of New
Mexico. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Dr Reeves went
to the University Of Florida School Of Dentistry where he received
various academic scholarships and recognitions. He has been with the
practice since December of 2000 and is very excited about the
success of the practice. He is a member of the American Dental
Association, the California Dental Association, the American Academy
of Pediatric Dentistry, the Sacramento District Dental Society, and
the San Joaquin Dental Society. He loves getting out and
playing any sport (golf in particular) and spending time with his
family. His newest passion is his role as coach of the varsity
wrestling team at Jesuit High School.
Dr. Samantha Lee
(Sacramento and Greenback)
Dr Lee attended the University of Texas at Austin for her
undergraduate education before going to the University of the
Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco where she received her
DDS degree in 2004. She is a member of the American Dental
Association, the Sacramento District Dental Society, and the Women’s
Dental Society. Dr Lee loves working at the Children’s Dental
Center’s Sacramento office and brags that “we have the best team
ever”. She is an avid reader and loves drawing, sketching, gold and
spending time with her family.

Dr. Michael French
(Stockton and Elk Grove)
Dr French attended Washington University where he received his BS in
1998. He went on to receive his DDS degree from the University of
the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 2001. In 2006 Dr
French received an award for Outstanding Service in International
Volunteering. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the
California Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric
Dentistry, and is on the Board of Directors for the Alameda Dental
Society. Dr French loves volunteering his time to worthy causes,
traveling overseas, and spending time with his family. He is the
comedian of the organization and gets a kick out of making children
smile no matter what it takes.

Dr. H. Scott Thompson
(Sacramento and Elk Grove)
Dr Thompson received his DDS degree from the University of
California at San Francisco in 1970. He went on to complete a
residency program for which he was awarded a certificate in
pediatric dentistry from the University of California at San
Francisco in 1974. He is the co developer of “5th Quarter”, a
student driven study club at UCSF, and a cofounder of a number of
different professional study clubs (Pediatric Dental Study Club and
Mixed Specialty Orthodontic Study Club). Dr Thompson is an integral
part of the culture at both offices. He is a member of the American
Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the American
Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Society of Pediatric
Dentistry, and the Sacramento District Dental Society. Dr. Thompson
chose to work with us because, “I like working in a family oriented
environment where parents are allowed and involved in the dental
health learning process. We can show families simply that cavities
can be prevented at home.” When not in the office, Dr Thompson loves
to take advantage of the great outdoors (camping, mountain biking,
kayaking, skiing, snow boarding, boating, etc) and spending time
with his family. He is a lover of music and stage productions.

Dr. Maryam Saleh
( Elk Grove and Greenback)
Dr Saleh attended Pennsylvania State University for her
undergraduate education before going on to New York University
College of Dentistry to receive her DDS degree. While attending NYU,
she received General Practice Residency Honors in Bronx, New York.
After graduation she completed a general practice residency program
at University Medical Center in Fresno, California. Dr Saleh is very
active in the dental community and continuing education. She has
taken over 250 hours of continuing education courses and is a member
of the American and California Dental Association, the Sacramento
District Dental Society, the Smiles for Kids Program, the Sacramento
Women’s Dental Group and the Academy of General Dentistry. She
enjoys working at Children's Dental Center with the friendly and
helpful staff and loves treating children of all ages. When away for
the office, Dr Saleh loves to travel and spend time with her family
and friends.
Dr.
Gerald Fillmore - Orthodontist
(Stockton and Elk Grove)
Dr
Fillmore is a specialist in orthodontics and dentofacial
orthopedics. He graduated with a DDS degree from Loma Linda
University School of Dentistry in 1971. He went on to teach
pedodontic techniques and was also a clinical instructor at the
dental school. He completed his orthodontic training at Loma Linda,
where he received is Masters of Science in Orthodontics in 1973. He
has been in the private practice of Orthodontics in Northern
California since 1973, working hard to beautify smiles and improve
function for thousands of children and adults. Dr Fillmore is an
active member of the American Association of Orthodontics, Pacific
Coast Society of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, and
the Northern California Dental Society. When not seeing patients, Dr
Fillmore spends time with his wife and family at his walnut ranch
just north of Yuba City. He enjoys, gardening, working around the
ranch, water and snow skiing, as well as traveling.

Dr. Damon Szymanowski- Orthodontist
(Sacramento and Antelope)
Dr. Szymanowski specializes in
orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. He earned his dental
degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2003 and
completed his orthodontic specialty training at the University of
Pennsylvania in 2005. A native of Sacramento, Dr. Szymanowski worked
in a private orthodontic practice in New York before moving back to
the area with his wife, Alison Juozokas M.D., a family physician
with Sutter Medical Group in Elk Grove. Since 2003, Dr. Szymanowski
has strived to beautify smiles and improve dental function for
hundreds of children and adults. He is an active member of the
American Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental
Association, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics, and the
Sacramento District Dental Society. In his free time, Dr.
Szymanowski loves to be outdoors; he is an avid snowboarder and
swimmer and has recently taken up golf.
Dr. Jose Juarez (Stockton and
Sacramento)
Dr. Juarez
attended San Francisco State University for his undergraduate
education while achieving a Bachelors of Science in Physiology and a
minor in Chemistry in 2001. Upon completion of his undergraduate
studies, he entered the University of the Pacific, School of
Dentistry in San Francisco to receive his DDS degree in 2005. Dr.
Juarez continued to advance his knowledge and skill in a General
Practice Residency, where he had extensive training with children at
the University Medical Center in Fresno. He is a member of the
American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and
the Sacramento District Dental Society. Dr. Juarez enjoys working at
the Stockton office and meeting new patients and their families.
When not at the office, Dr Juarez loves spending time with his
family, working out at the gym, traveling and home improvement
projects. He recently welcomed
the birth of a baby girl and is loving being a dad.

Dr Annabell
Atienza (Stockton)
Dr. Atienza received her B.S. in psychology from the University of
the Philippines in 1982. She moved on to graduate school and majored
in counseling. She pursued further studies at the same university
where she was conferred the Degree in Dentistry in 1988. Dr. Atienza
was licensed in California in 1994 and has practiced in the Stockton
area since that time. She loves working with children of all ages
from 1 to 99! She volunteers by providing dental screening and
education at Headstart and other Stockton pre-school and grade
schools. Foremost, Dr. Atienza is a supermom to four kids. She loves
to cook, bike, read and spend time w/ family and friends.
Dr Jeffrey
McComb (Sacramento)

Dr. Jeff McComb attended CSU, Chico for his undergraduate degree in
Biology. While visiting his brother in dental school (now a general
dentist in Elk Grove) his interest in pursuing a career in dentistry
was peaked, and he couldn't be happier as a dentist. Dr. McComb is a member of the American Dental
Association, California Dental Association, and Sacramento District
Dental Society. He graduated from the University of the Pacific,
School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 2007 where he met his wife
who is also a dentist. He loves interacting with children and is
excited to be a member of our team. When he's not practicing, Dr.
McComb enjoys playing golf and losing to his wife, tennis and
winning over his wife, and pretty much any other sport or outdoor
activity. Dr. McComb and his wife make an annual dental
mission trip to the Philippines, where they provide free dental care
to the underprivileged.

Dr. Aaron Irvin
(Sacramento and Elk Grove)
Dr. Irvin, a native of the Sacramento area,
graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry
in San Francisco in 2003. After dental school he served for three
years as dental officer in the US Air Force. Dr Irvin is always
looking to learn about the "latest and greatest" and since
graduating he has continued to advance his knowledge in the
profession through various continuing education opportunities. He
currently holds membership in each of the following: the
American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the
Sacramento District Dental Society. Dr Irvin loves working with the
excellent staff at the Children's Dental Center and enjoys treating
children of all ages. He loves to engage in many different
activities including football, basketball, camping, and snowboarding
but as a new father he especially enjoys spending time with his
family. Dr. Irvin is currently trying to improve his Spanish
speaking skills. He also loves music and enjoys playing guitar.

Dr.
Cindy Shen
( Elk Grove)
Growing up in Sacramento, Dr.
Shen attended St Francis High School before going to the University
of California at Berkeley for her Bachelor of Science. She received
her DDS degree from the University of the Pacific School of
Dentistry in San Francisco. She is a member of the American Dental
Association, California Dental Association, Sacramento District
Dental Society, and Sacramento Women’s Dental Study Group. She is
part of the clinical faculty for the UCSF School of Dentistry
externship site in downtown Sacramento. Dr Shen loves working with
kids of all ages to help give them healthy smiles. When she is not
working she enjoys cooking, shopping, traveling, and spending time
with family.
Dr. Erin Carson
(Elk Grove and Greenback)
Dr. Erin Carson received her
undergraduate degree in Psychobiology at University of California
Los Angeles. She graduated with honors from the University of the
Pacific School of Dentistry and completed a one year Advanced
Education in General Dentistry residency where she was awarded most
outstanding resident. She is a member of the American Dental
Association, California Dental Association, Sacramento District
Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is
currently working on obtaining fellowship status in the Academy of
General Dentistry. Dr. Carson married last summer and moved to the
Sacramento area. When not practicing dentistry she is spending time
with her husband working on their home and taking her energetic
puppy on long walks.
Dr.
Mark Macaoay (Sacramento)
Mark C. Macaoay graduated from University of the
Pacific, Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry. He completed an
Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Naval Dental
Center, San Diego and served for three years as a general
practitioner in the United States Navy. He currently works as an
assistant professor in the Restorative Department at University of
the Pacific, Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco,
California. He enjoys martial arts, bicycling and playing Guitar
Hero with his niece, Alyssa.
Dr. Ryan Grandpre (Elk Grove)
Dr.
Grandpre recieved his BS in physiology from UC Davis and his DDS
from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. After
graduating dental school, he joined the United States Navy where he
completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency and
served as a dental officer aboard the nuclear aircraft carrier USS
Nimitz. He then returned home to join the dental community here in
Sacramento, where he lives with his wife and two sons. Dr. Grandpre
loves helping our patients with their dental care and strives to
make their visits to Kids Care a fun experience. He is a member of
the American Dental Association, California Dental Association,
Sacramento District Dental Society, and Academy of General
Dentistry. When away from the practice, he enjoys playing poker,
scuba diving, snowboarding, and hanging out with his family.

Dr. Mark earned a Bachelors
degree in Microbiology at The University of Washington followed by
her D.D.S. at the University Of Washington School Of Dentistry. She
then earned a specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry at Nova
Southeastern University. But Dr. Mark’s interest in children stems
from her 26 years as a mother of four. She is an active child
advocate with extensive experience in tutoring elementary to high
school students, involvement in 4-H, boy scouts and children’s
sports. She has earned numerous awards including Top Ten Student and
President’s scholar at Grays Harbor College. She was on the Dean’s
list at The University of Washington and earned the Academic
Performance Award for highest class GPA from the Thurston-Mason
County Dental Association. She is a member of the American Dental
Association, California Dental Association, and the American Academy
of Pediatric Dentists.
